Order Terms and Conditions

Here AT THAT ONE SHOP we strive to provide exceptional service and quality products to our customers. We want you to be pleased with your purchase now and in the future. Therefore, please review our policies and authorize below.

DEPOSITS / BALANCES POLICIES

  • All orders are subject to FULL PAYMENT to begin design and/or production

  • When applicable, a 50% deposit can be requested.

  • Deposits are Non-refundable

  • Deposits can be made by cash, company check or credit card.

  • No personal checks on final payment.

  • Broker (Contract Printing) Payment is required in full when order is placedQ.

QUOTE & ARTWORK APPROVAL

​

  • AtThatOneShop requires every customer to APPROVE invoice and APPROVE design before production can begin.

  • By approving Quote, you are approving the following: Garment color, size, print locations, print colors and ALL other details on the quote. 

  • NO changes can be made once production has begun.

  • Items ordered are based on inventory available at the time of order, if items become unavailable we will notify you and provide a different option. We are not responsible for lack of inventory and or color options.  

  • We do our best to match colors and Monitor display settings can greatly affect the color you see on screen.

  • For all orders allow 7-12 business days for completion unless otherwise specified by ATOS Rep (Our business days are Monday-Friday). This is an estimated time based on approvals, garment availability, payment and does not include shipping transit.

  • Any order needed prior to our Standard Turnaround time is subject to a rush fee. (Please contact ATOS rep to discuss fees).

  • All orders are quoted using Plastisol Ink unless otherwise specified.

  • Please note, all dark colored apparel needing printing will be subject to an additional screen charge per the White Underlay (base) Screen as seen fit by our design/print staff.

  • All Adult sizes 2XL and up are subject to an additional $2 Extra Material Fee to cover the extra material cost with brand vendor.

PICK-UP / DELIVERY 

  • By default all orders are set for pick up, unless otherwise specified by customer. Customers picking up orders in person will require to scheduled prior to pick up.

  • Local deliveries may be available and fees are charged according to mileage and total items or UPS standards.

  • Prices do not include shipping (unless otherwise specified). Any changes may result in extended turnaround times.

  • At That One Shop is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by a delivery carrier.

Misprints/Damages/Issues

  • Claims for damages, defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 10 working days after the delivery of the product.

  • In the event of an order printed with wrong color, location, incorrect garment, ALL of the original order must be returned, prior to re-printing correct order. 

  • We have a 3% minor misprint allowance. All of our prints receive a thorough quality inspections, but due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment issues or human error some minor imperfections may occur.

    • (Example: Your total order garments is 40, 1-2 pieces may be not be "perfect")

    • (Example: Your total ordered garments is 1,000, 30 pieces may not be "perfect")
