At That One Shop



Here AT THAT ONE SHOP we strive to provide exceptional service and quality products to our customers. We want you to be pleased with your purchase now and in the future. Therefore, please review our policies and authorize below.




  • At That One Shop has a minimum quantity of 12 apparel pieces needed in order to place an order.

  • Any order in which the customer would like to print less than 12 pieces is treated as Pre-Production Sample pricing.

  • BYOT (Bring Your Own Tee) option- At That One Shop is not responsible for mistakes, chemical reactions, dye-lot issues, and other mishaps in printing when customer brings own apparel. Customer is aware, they run the risk of not receiving our top quality product. Although we try our absolute best for our customers, we do not guarantee the print on BYOT for those reasons.

  • Standard turn-around time on orders of 500 pieces or less is 7-12 business days. Orders larger than 500 please call.

  • All orders are quoted using Plastisol Ink unless otherwise specified.

  • Please note, all dark colored apparel needing printing will be subject to an additional screen charge per the White Underlay (base) Screen as seen fit by our design/print staff.

  • All Adult sizes 2XL and up are subject to an additional $2 Extra Material Fee to cover the extra material cost with brand vendor.




  • At That One Shop requires every customer to sign off on their artwork approval before any order ever goes into production. This is in place to protect our customer, making sure our customer always gets exactly what they want.

  • We print exactly what you see in your artwork approval before we go into production. Please pay close attention to spelling, sizing, etc., and make sure the artwork approval is what you want. At That One Shop is not responsible for any mistakes, misspellings, or graphic errors made after approval has been signed off on, unless your final print differs from the artwork approval you specifically signed off on.

  • If we create a logo/design for you, please note we do retain the rights of said logo/design unless otherwise specified. If you would like to purchase the vector image At That One Shop created for you, please note there is a $150.00 charge.

  • Art not supplied in print ready format, as specified in our File Prep section, is subject to be billed at our current rate. We will always give you an estimate before doing this work.

  • All artwork sent to At That One Shop is subject to formatting suitable for screen printing purposes. If we need to change your artwork in anyway, we will immediately inform you and resend an artwork approval.

  • Any art preparation done is the property of At That One Shop. For example, (if you supply artwork for your order which incurs a $85 charge for separations on your 6 color simulated process print), you do not own the separated art file. That separated file is the property of At That One Shop.

  • At the current moment, our largest film output for printing is 12”x17”. If you need larger format printing done, additional Jumbo Screen Fees and Film Output Fees will apply.

  • We are not magicians, we cannot recreate your .25” logo from a business card and print it on a shirt. That being said, we require your artwork sent at 300 DPI, in either a .PDF, .AI, or .PSD file, at 100% sizing, to avoid additional artwork creation or rework charges.

  • We do not charge for screen, screens are property of At That One Shop. Screens are kept for 2 weeks after initial order, screens are repurposed after the 2 weeks pass. If you wish to do a reprint after the 2 weeks you will have to pay a reprocess fees same as the fee from the previous order. If size of image or location print changes, fees may apply. 




  • Deposits are due at time of order.

  • Deposits are Non-refundable.

  • We require a min. 50% Deposits on ALL orders. When paying 100% transaction fees will be waived. 

  • Deposits can be made by cash, company check or credit card.

  • No personal checks on final payment.

  • Broker (Contract) Payment is required in full. 




  • Customers wishing to pick-up orders in person will be scheduled prior.

  • Deliveries are available and fees are charged according to mileage and items or UPS standards.




  • Every effort will be made to complete order by said delivery date, however, unforeseen delays do occur within our outside vendors- back-order items, processing customer payments, delivery carrier issues etc., and At That One Shop cannot offer any monetary compensations or discounts for such delays.

  • RUSH orders needed in less than 10 business days, will have a 15% upcharge to the total order.

  • RUSH orders needed in less than 7 business days will have a 25% upcharge to the total order.

  • RUSH orders needed in less than 3 business days will have a 50% upcharge to the total order.

  • OVERNIGHT RUSH will have a 100% upcharge to the total order.

  • All Rush Fees are required to be paid in full before order is processed into production.

  • NO SAME DAY PRODUCTION unless specified. 




  • A 1-day grace period is given, if for any reason you wish to make a change or cancel your order – NO exceptions.

  • To change any item on the order after the 2-day grace period, i.e., sizes, color of shirt, color of ink, add additional items to order, etc., a $25.00 Change Fee will be applied.

  • Please verify your choice of brand, style, color, design/logo, ink colors, ink type, etc., are correct.

  • We do not accept returns or offer returns.



  • We enjoy showing off your product and our craft to the world. It’s a great way to showcase our skills and send some of our followers and fans your way as well. We do this by taking photos and posting them online via social platforms, such as, but not limited to, Instagram and Facebook. Please be sure to notify us when placing your order if you are not comfortable with us photographing and sharing your order socially.
